ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER ZONE IZUCAR DE MATAMOROS!

Experience as Assistant Manager minimum 1 year

Workplace: MODATELAS IZUCAR DE MATAMOROS (Melchor Ocampo 4, Centro, 74400 Izúcar de Matamoros, Pue.)

Objective of the position

Increase sales of the assigned store, ensuring the correct execution of operational processes through leadership, training, and support of the store team.

Main responsibilities:

Implement strategies for achieving sales goals

Supervise, train, and develop personnel

Shrinkage control and supervision of merchandise reception

Inventory management

Minimum education: High school diploma (Degree desirable)

We offer:

Monthly base salary $9,454.20 Gross

Plus sales commissions No cap
