WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE Support in the leadership and administration of the store team Drive strategies to achieve sales goals Analyze operations and identify opportunities to improve results and efficiency Train and support staff in operational and administrative processes Participate in the coordination of the internal shrinkage prevention program Code Blue Ensure the correct distribution, presentation, and arrangement of merchandise on the sales floor Participate in and follow up on inventories Support the implementation of commercial and sales strategies Stay present on the sales floor, supporting the team and contributing to providing an excellent experience to our customers WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU We are looking for a person with leadership, initiative, commercial vision, and results orientation.
