Assistant Replenishment Manager (Data)

Grupo Chedraui, a 100% Mexican company and leader in the retail sector, seeks analytical, strategic, and results-oriented talent to join our team as Assistant Replenishment Manager (Data).

Assistant Replenishment Manager (Data):

Lead the replenishment and inventory strategy, ensuring product availability in stores through comprehensive analysis of demand, inventory levels, logistical flow, and system configuration, contributing to operational efficiency and business profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and optimize the logistical flow of products (SKU), determining the most efficient distribution schemes.
• Analyze inventory, coverage, turnover, and availability indicators to ensure timely supply to stores.
• Design and adjust replenishment strategies according to demand, seasonality, and the company's growth plans.
• Ensure correct configuration and alignment of information in systems such as SAP, WM, and other supply tools.
• Evaluate the financial and operational impact of decisions related to inventory and logistics.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing replenishment and supply chain processes.
• Generate strategic recommendations for decision-making based on data analysis.

Profile Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field (graduated).

Experience:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or replenishment.
• Experience in data analysis applied to business.
• Experience leading teams or strategic projects.

Knowledge and Tools:

• Proficiency in systems such as SAP, WM (Warehouse Management), E3, or similar.
• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI (desirable).
• Data analysis and inventory and logistics indicators.
