Mission

Profile focused on minimizing operational losses through data analysis, inventory audits, and supervision of critical store processes.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for implementing and monitoring centralized prevention strategies, identifying risks and proposing improvements to protect human, material, and financial resources.

- Maintains constant communication with operational areas and leads Asset Protection teams to ensure the correct execution of controls.

- Has experience in auditing, information analysis, and data tool management, as well as availability to travel within the assigned area.

- Contribute to the Low Prices strategy, protecting human, material, and financial resources, proposing improvements and executing action plans that minimize losses.

- Analysis of data and information to make data-driven decisions.

- Review stores to correct opportunities in processes that represent a risk of losses.

- Supervision in the execution of centralized strategies.

- Constant communication with Operations Directors, Store Managers, and Asset Protection Leaders in the units in charge.

- Supervise and coordinate the Asset Protection area.

- Conduct inventory audits.

Degree in Business Administration, Systems, Programming and Informatics, Security, or related field.

Experience of at least 2 years in similar roles.

Experience auditing inventories and creating loss prevention and asset protection strategies.

Knowledge of Office Suite (intermediate Excel indispensable).

Management of data analysis tools, Power BI.

Availability to commute or travel.
