Objective of the role Develop, implement, and manage preventive programs of Safety and Health at Work, with the objective of reducing risks and workplace accidents, strengthen the safety culture in Supply Chain operations and ensure compliance with current regulations before authorities such as STPS, IMSS, and Civil Protection. Main activities Design and implement strategies for preventing labor risks and reducing accidentality. Analyze indicators of safety performance and risk assessment. Develop and maintain a system for monitoring and reporting workplace accidents. Conduct training sessions on occupational health and safety for employees. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations. Provide technical assistance to units and teams on occupational health and safety matters. Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to occupational health and safety.
