Subgerencia of Asset Protection (PAL) - Silao

In Walmart México we are looking for a Subgerente de Protección de Activos (PAL) who will execute, coordinate and develop the security and loss prevention processes in CEDIS, acting as a close leader to the operation and enabler of a culture of prevention. This role is key to reducing losses, operational continuity and process compliance in a high-complexity logistics operation. Objective of the position Execute the Asset Protection strategy in the CEDIS, lead the development of procedures and protocols for the prevention and detection of losses, ensure the implementation of controls and measures to prevent and detect losses, coordinate with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of the Asset Protection program, develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers and suppliers, provide training and guidance to employees on Asset Protection policies and procedures, conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions to address identified issues, monitor and report on key performance indicators related to loss prevention, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, asset protection principles, and risk management strategies.
