Job description
Objective: Responsible for ensuring compliance with the corrective and preventive maintenance strategy to guarantee that the real estate infrastructure is in optimal conditions. Execution and maintenance strategy Ensure compliance with corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as routines and checklists in units. Detect needs and opportunities for improvement through field visits. Identify requirements prior to renovations and major maintenance, define and implement action plans, monitor progress, and report results. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Monitor and control costs related to maintenance activities. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations and proposals for maintenance budget allocation and resource planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
