Subgerencia de Mantenimiento Parque Xcaret Objective Contribute to the strategy of the services area by ensuring the proper functioning of the park's facilities, equipment, and systems, as well as maintaining a high level of quality in the maintenance and repair of all park assets. This includes but is not limited to: • Maintenance and repair of park infrastructure, including buildings, roads, and utilities. • Maintenance and repair of park equipment, including rides, attractions, and exhibits. • Maintenance and repair of park systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. • Development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules. • Monitoring and reporting on the condition and performance of park assets. • Collaboration with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Providing technical support and guidance to park staff and contractors. • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. • Developing and implementing procedures for emergency response and crisis management. • Maintaining accurate records and reports of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
