We are looking for invincible enthusiasts to serve as: LOGISTICS ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Objective:

Coordinate and control the human, economic, and material resources of the receiving, processing, and shipping operations, through joint work with related areas, expense control, as well as compliance with hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with established manuals and procedures, with the purpose of ensuring the constant flow of merchandise.

Activities to Perform:

Coordinate and control the material and human resources of the receiving, processing, and shipping operations in accordance with established Manuals and procedures, in order to guarantee the constant flow of merchandise.

*Establish the productivity of the operation, through the number of boxes received, processed, and shipped per hour among the total staff, in order to ensure the timely arrival of merchandise to stores and meet service expectations.

*Supervise the receiving, processing, and shipping areas, conducting floor walks (ECEP), in order to support and provide timely solutions to the problems that arise daily.

*Control the daily expenses of the operation, through the adequate use of material and human resources, to comply with the budget.

*Coordinate continuous improvement strategies in processes, through short, medium, and long-term action plans with related areas, to achieve quality standards.

Requirements:

Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration degree, or related fields.

Experience: 3 years or more as a team leader in logistics operations. Preferably in Distribution Centers (CEDIS).

Technical Knowledge: Intermediate – Advanced Excel, inventory management, GLS and Telnet systems.

People Management.

Availability to rotate shifts.
