Deputy Director of Service | CDMX

Position Mission:

Design strategies to provide unparalleled service to clients and intermediaries through a reliable operation with the lowest possible cost.

Functions:

• Design service and client care strategies with the objective of attracting and retaining business by increasing service levels
• Ensure the implementation and execution of projects that guarantee an efficient service model focused on clients
• Guarantee the attention to internal and external clients, complying with the company's and/or regulatory entities' regulations
• Monitor operation behaviors for timely decision-making with Management and the heads of business lines by zone

Education:

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Economic-Administrative Sciences or Industrial Engineering (Graduated)

Experience:

• Relationship with intermediaries and client care
• Implementation of projects focused on customer service quality
• Insurance sector regulatory framework
• Insurance Sector (4 lines of business, desirable)

Knowledge:

• Service or Operational Areas
• Client and/or Agent/Broker Care
• Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
