Subdirection Juridical Operative General Objective of the Position: Assist operations by providing legal support to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, as well as ensuring the company's interests are protected. This position will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting laws and regulations, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Mexican law and regulations, as well as experience in legal operations and compliance. Additionally, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders is essential. Responsibilities: • Provide legal support to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. • Analyze and interpret laws and regulations to identify potential risks and opportunities. • Develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on identified risks and opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures. • Communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for compliance. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Law (JD) or equivalent. • 3+ years of experience in legal operations and compliance. • Strong understanding of Mexican law and regulations. • Experience working with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
