Quality Assurance Subdirection

Objective of the position Ensure, design and improve quality standards, methods, practices and tools through an integral strategy to manage supply chain processes in Distribution Centers, platforms and meat plants at a national level. Main activities Management Establish the governance model for quality teams at a national level, promoting process standardization. Analyze records and operational variations to improve visibility and efficiency. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards. Identify and address non-conformities and deviations from established processes. Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality into business operations. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality principles and practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide technical assistance and support to team members as needed. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
