The ICT Corporate Division of Synergie Italia, dedicated to Professional Staffing and Recruitment of qualified personnel, is selecting for an important company operating in the insurance sector, a:

SENIOR INSURANCE SUB-AGENT | CLIENT PORTFOLIO | PROPERTY & CASUALTY and LIFE

The search is aimed at insurance sector professionals already in operation, interested in further developing their portfolio and commercial activity through the support of an important Company.

The resource will be responsible for the management and development of their client portfolio, with particular reference to individuals, families, and professionals.

Specifically:

• management and development of the client portfolio in Property & Casualty branches;
• analysis of insurance and protection needs;
• consulting and proposal of solutions in the areas of Protection, Health, Accidents, Property, and Life;
• development of new clientele and commercial opportunities;
• customer retention and development of the existing portfolio;
• continuous management of customer relations;
• collaboration with the Company's structure and specialists;
• achievement of commercial and production objectives.

We are looking for professionals with:

• consolidated experience in the insurance sector;
• experience in managing and developing portfolios in Property & Casualty branches;
• experience with individuals, families, and professionals;
• knowledge of insurance solutions dedicated to individuals, health, and property;
• preferable experience in Life and Pension products;
• experience in consultative sales;
• autonomy in client management and development;
• strong relational and commercial skills;
• registration with the RUI – Section E;
• availability to operate under freelance/self-employment – VAT number regime.
