Job Title: Sub Agent Location: Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal Position Overview: Join our client's team as a Sub Agent with Hire Resolve, where you'll be instrumental in overseeing and managing construction projects to ensure successful completion within budget. Key Responsibilities: Support the Site Agent in supervising and managing construction sites. Contribute to project planning and programming to enhance production efficiency. Coordinate with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
