SU - Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to support our expansion into new markets and service offerings. Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management to drive sustainable growth. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to provide insights into our financial performance and inform strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules. Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Treasury and Cash Management: Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and investment strategies. Develop and implement financial strategies and policies. Risk Management and Internal Controls: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial information. Process Improvement and Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and leverage technology. Drive the automation of financial reporting and analysis processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience with US GAAP and/or IFRS. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with financial systems and ERP software. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
