PKS Personal AG For our client, a well-established and successful family-owned company in the control and switchgear engineering industry, we are looking for an organized, responsible, and technically skilled individual as Your Tasks: - Technical leadership of the workshop team and apprentices in the absence of the workshop leader - Close cooperation with workshop leaders and project managers to ensure a smooth production process - Ensuring the quality of production, cost, and deadline compliance in manufacturing - Independent handling of projects in control and switchgear engineering - Support during acceptance tests and commissioning on site Your Profile: - Completed electrical engineering basic training (e.g. automation technician, automation mechanic, electromechanic EFZ or equivalent) - Several years of professional experience in control and switchgear engineering - Ideally experience in a leading position or corresponding further education (e.g. Eidg.
