What motivates you You will take over a professional leadership role and supervise a manageable number of employees with similar functions You set the tasks of the department according to the received instructions independently You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines You take on simple administrative tasks in the production system and bring your broad knowledge of products actively into play You produce semi-finished and finished products in the charcuterie production You operate machines and are responsible for their setup, maintenance, and preparation work You will be used as a springer in the production area and complete self-contained professional tasks independently What you bring with you Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) (e.g. meat technician or food technologist) Professional experience: You have fundamental practice and implementation knowledge in an extended task area (e.g. products, plant operation, hygiene and safety regulations) You show openness to changes and bring coordinative skills with you You are physically fit and willing to work in an environment with noise, cold, and draft You have practical experience in meat processing and are polyvalent deployable You are willing to take on irregular working hours and shift work You live the values of the Migros Group and set yourself for workplace safety and compliance German (very good knowledge) Only online applications via the application portal will be considered.
