Our long-standing Production Manager will gradually reduce his workload in the coming years.
Therefore, we are looking for a personality who takes responsibility today – and leads production tomorrow.

Your Perspective

You are entering a key position – with clear development:

• Collaboration and co-responsibility in ongoing production
• Familiarization with the machinery
• Control and optimization of processes and workflows
• Support in planning and organization

Your Role (Tomorrow)

• Leadership and planning of the entire production team
• Responsibility for efficiency, quality, and capacity
• Further development of production and facilities
• Active shaping of the company

Your Profile

• Basic technical training (e.g., polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, automation technician, or similar)
• Several years of experience in production or plant operation
• Leadership experience or a clear desire to acquire it
• Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of machinery
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
