Deputy Production / Logistics Manager

To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged and technically skilled person as Deputy Production Manager (m/w/d). Tasks - Support of the production manager in operational and strategic leadership of production - Acting as deputy to the production manager in absence - Planning, controlling, and optimizing production and logistics processes - Ensuring quality, deadline, and cost targets - Leadership and development of employees in the production department - Participation in projects for process optimization (KVP, Lean, 5S etc.) - Close cooperation with the departments of Development, Procurement, and Quality Assurance. Profile - Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician or CNC specialist - Further education in the field of production, technology, or business administration (e.g. technical assistant HF, process expert, production manager etc.) is advantageous - Several years of professional experience in production and/or logistics, ideally with leadership experience - Fundamentally technical understanding and networked thinking - Experience in dealing with modern ERP systems - Assertive, solution-oriented, and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality.
