In the role of Deputy Head Chef, you support the smooth operation on your post, actively participate in preparing and serving our dishes with and contribute significantly to the consistently high quality in our restaurants. Then we look forward to you as Deputy Head Chef in our kitchen team. Support and coordination are key aspects of this role. Your tasks will include: • Assisting the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily operations • Supporting the team in preparing and serving meals • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards • Participating in menu planning and development • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service • Providing exceptional customer service • Managing inventory and supplies • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
