Deputy Head of Internal Spitex (70-100%)
We offer older people a safe and comfortable home – right in the heart of Ittigen. Our residence comprises 123 apartments and a nursing department with 25 single rooms. At the core of our work are appreciation, humanity, and respectful interaction.
To strengthen our friendly care team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual as Deputy Head of Internal Spitex (70-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
What awaits you with us
Shared responsibility for the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the team (approx. 17 employees)
Ensuring work quality, organizational processes, and optimal satisfaction of our residents
Responsibility for the professional implementation of assignments in compliance with legal requirements
Taking on tasks in the care and support of clients and their relatives
Needs assessments using the interRAI HC instrument
Implementation and control of the nursing process as well as adherence to internal directives (nursing guidelines, standards, concepts)
Participation in internal projects, quality assurance
Representing the Head of Spitex during their absences
No service trips, care is provided exclusively within our residence
What you bring with you
Degree from FH; HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP
Professional and leadership experience in a similar role
Sound interRAI HC and IT skills
Further training in leadership or willingness to complete it
High service orientation
Reliable and self-responsible way of working with good organizational skills and networked thinking
Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
Communication skills, which you empathetically incorporate in your interactions
Motivating and employee-promoting leadership personality
