To complement our team in the Operations department, we are looking for a motivated and qualified individual for the Warehouse/Forwarding department as Deputy Head of Logistics.

As Deputy Head of Logistics with around 45 employees in the areas of incoming goods, warehouse logistics, and forwarding, you will have a significant impact on our logistics processes and hold an important position in a rapidly growing environment. Your Tasks
Organizational and personnel leadership of around 45 employees and four team leaders in the areas of incoming goods, warehouse logistics, and forwarding
Assumption of the role as Deputy Head of Logistics
Active support during inventory activities
Contribution and implementation of process optimizations
Support in physical warehouse optimization
Ensuring and monitoring daily business in all operational processes as well as active participation in daily business
Monitoring of missing parts and initiation of measures if necessary
Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure optimal material disposition for spare parts, production, and assembly
Processing data from the ERP in EXCEL and formatting it for further processing
Our Requirements
Basic technical training in an industrial company
Further training as a Logistics Manager or similar further training
Many years of professional experience in the logistics environment
Proficient MS Office skills (especially advanced Excel skills)
Very good user experience in an ERP system
Proven leadership experience and strong organizational skills
Independent way of working and high resilience
High team spirit and a strong sense of duty
Very good German skills (English is an advantage)
