What you will achieve

• You pay special attention to the freshness of fruits and vegetables and combat food waste with far-sighted orders
• Order, receive, check, and stock fresh produce and all other goods on the shelves in your store
• Implement store layout guidelines correctly
• Check best-before dates in the fresh produce category
• As deputy, guide, foster, and develop employees - and be a role model for them
• As deputy, share responsibility for the numbers - for turnover, personnel costs, and inventory

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EBA)
• Specialization: in retail (food) or a related profession would be ideal
• Work experience: Three or more years of professional experience in retail as a specialist, department, or section manager is an advantage
• Enjoy fresh products and ideally already have professional experience with them
• Physically fit, some crates weigh up to 10 kilos
• Skilled in planning and organizing tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures
• Familiar with PC, tablet, and smartphone - and you quickly get along with other digital tools (e.g., for inventory management)
• German (B1)
