In the Plaun Station, the former lift station, with around 50 seats, you can relax by the open fireplace. Or would you prefer to grab a spot at the outdoor bar with a large sun terrace? Freshly prepared ciabatta variations and a rotating soup offer complement the extensive beverage selection. In the steakhouse La Vacca, the heated tipi tent, our guests are spoiled with tender grilled meats and select wines. A good 45 people can gather around the open fire.

What you will achieve

• You are a host with passion and ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable
• You will take over the leadership and scheduling of employees
• You are responsible for the à la carte food and beverage service
• You operate the cash register system and prepare daily and monthly closings
• You monitor and coordinate the workflows in daily business
• You take care of ordering and managing goods as well as inventory taking
• You are responsible for menu creation and various administrative tasks

What makes you stand out

• You have completed training in gastronomy
• You are a team player, speak fluent German and can also communicate well in English
• You have several years of professional experience in à la carte service
• You are a motivated, cheerful, communicative, dedicated, reliable and responsible personality
• You can handle different workloads well and maintain an overview and your friendliness even in hectic situations
