Deputy Operations Manager Panoramic Restaurant Schneehüenerstock (m/f/d)
Winter Season 2026/2027
- Co-responsibility for the operational and economic management in daily operations
- Active participation in service and ensuring a warm, guest-oriented, and proactive workflow
- Support in securing and further developing quality standards in products, services, and operational philosophy
- Leading and supporting the team in the absence of the operations management
- Assistance with inventory orders, goods receiving, and proper inventory management
- Ensuring compliance with and control of hygiene and quality guidelines according to HACCP
