Responsibilities

As Studio Manager, you are the heart of our clever fit studio in Wittlich:

• You lead, motivate, and develop your team
• You ensure that the daily studio operations run smoothly – flawlessly, structured, and with energy
• You plan promotions, events, and marketing measures
• You take care of our members – friendly, competent, and with passion
• You take responsibility for organization, sales, and quality
• You work closely with our HQ and actively shape the future of the location

Qualifications

Completed vocational training in the fitness, health, or commercial sector (or comparable experience)

Previous experience in staff management or studio organization is an advantage

Enthusiasm for fitness, motivation, and teamwork

Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a hands-on mentality

Driving license class B
