Soulhouse is a rapidly growing Self-Care Scale-up with the mission to become the #1 for Modern Bodywork in Europe. We offer premium massages, assisted stretching, and facework in stylish studios and help thousands of people feel well-rounded every month.

By the end of 2025, we will operate 10 studios – followed by over 100 additional locations across Europe. Besides our studios, our e-commerce with own self-care products is also growing strongly.

Your Tasks:

• Team Leadership: You take responsibility for managing our location teams and operational workflows to maintain the studio space.
• Monitoring: You ensure everything runs smoothly by monitoring daily operations and processing bookings in both private and corporate customer segments. You optimize floor management, internal processes, and guarantee high satisfaction among customers and employees.
• Quality Management: You plan, implement, and control safety, hygiene, and quality standards, and take care of equipment maintenance and business supplies. Additionally, you are responsible for team development through planning and conducting training sessions.
• Reception: You are the first point of contact for our customers and team members regarding inquiries and ad-hoc requests from private and corporate customer segments.
• Steering: You take leadership, train, and develop employees to continuously improve their performance.
• Recruiting: You conduct interviews and are responsible for onboarding new colleagues.
• Scheduling: You create schedules for your team based on business requirements.

Requirements

You Bring:

• Educational Background: A solid education in the field of cosmetics, wellness, fitness, or business administration – alternatively, you bring a comparable qualification and several years of leadership experience.

• Experience: Several years of leadership experience in the premium sector (wellness, fitness, cosmetics, hospitality) – ideally with sales responsibility and KPI understanding.
• Skills: You are an organizational talent, communicative, and have a quick grasp. You feel comfortable in a challenging leadership role and convince through your implementation strength.
• Technology: You are familiar with common Office 365 products.
• Languages: You speak fluent German and English in word and writing.
