Studio Manager

Mission The Studio Manager is a highly motivated and experienced professional who is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, and leading a team of artists and coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. The Studio Manager plays a crucial role in creating a positive and productive atmosphere in the studio, and is responsible for maintaining the studio's P&L, developing and implementing sales strategies, and coordinating with the design team to ensure successful project execution. This includes managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions. The Studio Manager must be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives. Additionally, the Studio Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in studio management, with experience leading teams and driving sales growth. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
