Position Overview Leads the overall performance, operational excellence, resource management, and delivery quality of the Production Hub, aligning business priorities, client expectations, and daily production operations across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day hub operations with focus on quality, speed, governance, and delivery discipline. Manage capacity, staffing, workload balance, escalation paths, KPIs, SLAs, and production health. Align priorities with regional goals, ensuring seamless integration of global initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights for data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, leveraging expertise in project management, process optimization, and team leadership. Drive strategic planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective operations. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members, promoting growth, development, and empowerment. Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment, adhering to company values and principles.
