in the Medical Clinic and Polyclinic I - Pneumology The position is to be filled part-time with 32 weekly hours until January 31, 2029. Remuneration will be based on the tariff agreement for the public service (TV-L) and will be in pay grade 9 if personal qualifications are met. For the study secretariat of pneumology in the Medical Clinic I we are looking for as part of the CAPNETZ study as well as within the framework of the following tasks: - Support in the preparation and implementation of studies, including data collection and analysis - Assistance in the development and maintenance of databases and documentation systems - Collaboration with researchers and clinicians to ensure the smooth conduct of studies - Support in the coordination and organization of events and meetings - Participation in the evaluation and interpretation of study results - Contribution to the writing and publication of study reports - Support in the communication with participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders - Assistance in the management of study-related tasks and responsibilities. The position is characterized by a high level of independence, flexibility, and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, has excellent communication skills, and is familiar with the principles of good scientific practice. The working hours will be flexible, but must be coordinated in advance. The position is subject to the provisions of the German Social Security Code (Sozialgesetzbuch) and the Public Service Act (Bundespersonalvertretungsgesetz).
