The POLIS is a constantly growing and capital-strong company that acquires office buildings for its own portfolio and focuses on modernizing or revitalizing these objects, as well as managing them. As an expert with long-standing experience in real estate modernization and management, we concentrate on office buildings with potential for value enhancement in inner-city locations at Germany's most important business hubs.

Aufgaben

Your tasks will be:

• Alternating theoretical phases at the university with a practical training period at our location.
• You will receive a comprehensive insight into our company and learn about the areas of Technical Property Management, Construction, ESG, Financial Property Management, Asset Management, Sales, Acquisition, Financing, Accounting, and Taxation.
• In the course of time, you will gain an overall understanding and write your final thesis in the third year of study on a topic that is also relevant to POLIS and accompanied by professional guidance.

Qualifikation

Your profile will be:

• You have a good or very good final grade from a general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification with good grades in mathematics and physics.
• You possess well-developed analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as good communication skills and understanding of technical and economic interdependencies.
• Engagement, team spirit, sense of responsibility, and customer orientation round out your profile.
