As part of our People team, you will accompany the entire Employee Life Cycle. You will actively shape and learn all aspects.

Your Impact with us:

• Process Architecture: You support us in building recruiting and onboarding processes that inform and inspire new colleagues.
• Employer Branding & Projects: You bring our employer brand to the next level – whether through creative content, digitalization projects, or initiatives for talent development.
• Data-Driven People Work: You plan employee surveys, evaluate the results, and help us derive real changes from feedback.
• Trendscouting: You keep an eye out for new work trends and AI tools in HR and prepare your insights for the team.
• Daily Business: You ensure smooth operations – from contract preparation to internal communication.

Qualification
