Wandwerk is a growing painter and varnisher master business from Neuss with the focuses of high-quality painting work, seamless surfaces, and facade maintenance. With a young team, modern processes, and a clear growth strategy, we are continuously developing our company further.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged student assistant (m/w/d) who will actively shape, develop, and professionally manage our marketing and social media activities.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Planning, creation, and publication of social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Development of creative content ideas for our target groups
• Creation of image, video, and text content on our construction sites, in the office, and at customer projects
• BUILDING, MAINTENANCE, AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF OUR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELSPlanning and steering of advertising campaigns via Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitoring and optimization of ongoing ad campaigns and budgets
• Analysis of campaign results and creation of simple reports
• Support in developing our employer brand for employee acquisition
• Support in developing our brand awareness in the area of painting work and seamless surfaces
• Observation of current social media and marketing trends, as well as development of new ideas for customer acquisition

Qualification

Your profile:

• Ongoing studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, Media, Economics or comparable degree programs
• Safe handling of social media platformsFirst experiences in content creation, social media, or online marketing
• Ideal knowledge of Meta Ads and Google AdsCreative thinking and sense for modern communication
• Independent, structured, and reliable working styleConfident appearance and good written expression skills
• Interest in craftsmanship, architecture, design, or construction projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut or comparable programs is desirable
