With Compliance Compass, we turn compliance into a real management instrument instead of a tedious mandatory program. Our platform combines several coordinated IT security frameworks – further standards such as ISO 9001, the Cyber Resilience Act, and the AI Act will follow shortly. The platform distributes tasks automatically and based on rules, and generative AI creates risk assessments and emergency plans for which external specialists would otherwise be necessary. This gives compliance officers more time for decisions.

Behind this is a young team with short lines of communication, ample scope for design, and a shared mission: to make compliance manageable.

Your Tasks

• You test new features from the user's perspective and provide well-founded

feedback to the product team, thus supporting the further development of our

platform

• You create and maintain content such as templates, checklists, training materials

and knowledge articles

• You support sales and marketing with presentations, expert articles, and

market research

• You monitor regulatory developments and summarize relevant innovations for

the team

What You Bring

• You are studying Business Informatics, Information Security, Business Administration, or a

comparable degree program

• You are interested in software solutions, information security, or

regulation and ideally have had initial contact through

internships or personal projects

• You work carefully, independently, and maintain an overview even with many details

• You speak German fluently and very good English – other

foreign languages are a plus

• Knowledge of regulations such as NIS2, ISO 27001, AI Act are a plus,

but not a prerequisite

Remuneration

The remuneration for this working student position is EUR 18 per hour.
