We at Julep Media love podcasts and celebrate exciting stories! We bring podcasters and advertisers together on our unique marketplace – for optimal monetization of entertaining content. We work with the coolest podcasters and media houses, whose stories you probably just heard about. As producers, we are regularly represented in the top charts of all major podcast platforms.

We're looking for energetic support in podcast production for our Munich location starting from March.

Tasks

• Support in conceiving and developing new podcast formats
• In-content management of individual podcast episodes – from idea to final episode
• Audio and video editing of podcast and social media content
• Creation of visually appealing presentations and pitch documents with Canva
• Collaboration on scripts, format ideas, and storylines
• Researching themes
• Preliminary and post-recording preparation
• Creative input for new formats, rubrics, and narrative approaches
• Tight collaboration with editorial, production, and marketing teams

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies (e.g., Media, Communication, Journalism, Design, or comparable)
• Excellent knowledge of audio and video editing (e.g., Premiere, Audition, DaVinci, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canva and a good sense for visual design
• A great enthusiasm for podcasts, storytelling, and digital media
• Creativity and joy in developing new formats
• Interest in managing podcast episodes content-wise
• Independent, structured work style
• Open-mindedness and teamwork
• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
