Your Tasks

To support our team, we are looking for a reliable and communication-strong student (m/w/d) to assist us in customer service and deployment planning of our technicians.

You like to phone, work organized, and want to gain practical insights into commercial and organizational processes alongside your studies? Then you're exactly right with us!

• Acceptance and processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
• Support in scheduling and coordinating appointments with our customers
• Assistance in deployment planning and control of our technicians
• Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the inventory system
• Support in daily tour planning (e.g. maintenance, inspections, installations)
• General organizational and administrative tasks in the office
• Closely coordinated with the team in-house

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies in a relevant field of study, e.g. business administration, economics, logistics, communication or a comparable field of study
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of dealing with customers
• Good organizational skills and structured work approach
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and team fit
• Safe handling of MS Office / MS 365
• First experiences in customer service or office are advantageous but not a must
