Student - Sales Support Coordinator ME & GE

***Hybrid work mode, 3 days a week on-site***

• Foster new revenue entry and offer preventive and post-sales support to Senior Coordinators;
• Coordinate deployment efforts with Senior Coordinators and track the progress of deliverables while respecting deadlines;
• Follow up on requests for service activation made to third-party partners;
• Makes credit requests from Account Directors or clients and obtain different approval levels according to established financial rules (PLA);
• Emit requests for service activation ensuring that deliverables are in compliance with the contract and trigger billing;
• Analyze cancellation requests, calculate penalty fees when required, and launch service cancellation projects;
• Analyze customer requests related to billing and make adjustments if necessary;
• Ensure tracking of different deliverable deadlines and inform customers at various milestones throughout projects;
• Actively participate in improving internal processes to favor the customer experience, improve delays or reduce costs.
