Join our team and support us as a Student Exchange Coordinator in a diverse and exciting activity. Your role(s) Mobility coordinator: You are the central point of contact when it comes to organizing study abroad stays - for our outgoing and incoming students, as well as for partner universities and institutions. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and visa applications, as well as providing information on cultural differences and local customs. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the success of our exchange programs, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase participation and satisfaction. Your tasks will include: • Coordinating with students, partner universities, and institutions to ensure a smooth study abroad experience; • Providing information on cultural differences and local customs to help students prepare for their stay abroad; • Monitoring and evaluating the success of our exchange programs; • Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase participation and satisfaction; • Maintaining accurate records and reports on student mobility, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and visa applications.
