- Performance assessments and performance controls, communication with companies on site, and implementation of building schedule plans for various trades
- Support in processing and coordination, including finding solutions in alignment discussions with companies on the construction site
- Scheduling, cost, and quality control of construction services
- Plausibility checks and use of digital tools, providing a comprehensive overview of the entire building process
- Participation in documenting and recording project meetings
