The essential requirements Min Cert IV Aeroskills (Structuresl) Demonstrated understanding of Aviation regulatory requirements for Aircraft maintenance, civil (Part 145) Demonstrable experience in aircraft structures maintenance, including inspection, repair and modification. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
