Job description
ConsultANZ is looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join the Structures team, supporting the delivery of ongoing infrastructure upgrades across Sydney. With over 5 years of secured work under a major infrastructure contract, you’ll play a key role in delivering structure-related civil projects, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and slope stabilisation.

- Contract role with strong potential to transition into permanent

- Manage and deliver small-to-medium structures projects (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, slopes)
- Oversee subcontractor works to ensure compliance with scope, safety, and quality standards
- Assist with program management, scheduling, and reporting
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a civil/structural engineering role
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong exposure to structures works – bridges, culverts, retaining walls, slope stabilisation
- Ideally experience working on TfNSW projects
- Strong communication, organisational, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage works independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Competitive salary: $100K–$130K + super (based on experience)
