This role involves the placement, securing, and fabrication of structural steel components in accordance with relevant standards and specifications. Key responsibilities include: • Placement and securing of structural steel components to ensure stability and safety • Fabrication of structural steel components to meet project requirements • Collaborate with site teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects • Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail throughout all aspects of the role Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in structural steel fabrication or a related field • Strong understanding of relevant standards and specifications (e.g. AS/NZS 3679.1) • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Benefits: • Competitive hourly rate ($25.00 - $32.00 per hour) • Minimum 30 hours guaranteed per week • Full-time, permanent roles available • PPE and tools provided • Opportunity to work on major infrastructure and commercial projects
