Structural Draughtsman

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a talented Structural Draughtsman to join a reputable engineering firm in South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed structural designs and drawings, collaborating with engineers and architects to achieve high-quality project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed structural drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and specifications.
• Modify existing drawings according to feedback from engineers and clients.
• Conduct site visits as needed to ensure designs comply with site conditions.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in structural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes and structural design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
