Structural Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities: 1. Engage in innovative structural design for new products, ensuring rationality, reliability, and novelty of new product structures; 2. Organize, coordinate, and follow up on reviews, trial molding, trial production, and mass production at all stages of new product development, resolving technical issues that arise during the process; 3. Compile technical documentation throughout the new product development process, ensuring process control documents comply with R&D protocols and standards; 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of structural design into overall product development strategy; 5. Develop and maintain expertise in relevant software tools and technologies for structural design and simulation; 6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize structural design processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency; 7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to new product development; 8. Provide technical guidance and support to other teams as needed; 9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
