Strength And Conditioning Coach

Strength & Conditioning Coach Reporting to the Head of Physical Performance, the incumbent will facilitate the delivery of world-class strength and conditioning support as assigned to core sports. Embedded within the sport and working in close collaboration with multi-disciplinary staff, the individual will strategize, innovate, and implement methods to develop the physical capacities of athletes. Practical, open-minded, and forward-thinking, the individual will tailor and drive delivery aligned with the needs of each athlete, while ensuring a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for all stakeholders. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of training sessions, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback to athletes. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a passion for the sport.
