Strategy & Transformation Manager

Position Title – Strategy & Transformation Manager Location – Bengaluru-Corporate Office Total Experience – 4 to 12 Years Qualification – MBA degree from a reputed B-School Reporting to- Head-Strategy Direct Reporting – Individual Contributor Role Languages Known- English & Hindi Industry- FMCD (Small Appliances, preferably)/FMCG/FMEG/Luggage /Building Material/ Retail Key Responsibilities: - Assess evolving business environment and consumer behaviors to identify emerging opportunities for business growth and transformation. Develop strategic plans and recommendations to drive business outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change initiatives and ensure successful execution. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business transformations. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the organization. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners. Build trust and credibility through open communication, transparency, and reliability. Provide strategic guidance to teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences. - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against strategic objectives. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. - Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results and drive business outcomes.
