Description Strategy Specialist - International Revenue Strategy We are seeking a Strategy Specialist to join International Revenue Strategy to provide end to end analysis, advice and guidance that supports IR’s leaders to develop the coherence and clarity of purpose needed to articulate a strategic intent that is intelligence-led, improves the customer experience and delivers the outcomes required by government. Ara Whiwhi Mahi | The Opportunity As a Strategy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of international revenue strategy, providing end-to-end analysis, advice and guidance that supports IR’s leaders to develop the coherence and clarity of purpose needed to articulate a strategic intent that is intelligence-led, improves the customer experience and delivers the outcomes required by government. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, business units, and functional teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ara Whiwhi Mahi | The Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or international relations; • At least 3 years of experience in a strategy development or analysis role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks; • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
