Strategy & Operations Specialist – Fit for Growth

At PwC, we’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Specialist to support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across our Practice Areas. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination , partnering with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, GTM, and Regional teams to drive alignment and deliver impact. What you’ll be doing: Support integrated marketing planning (annual & quarterly) Align priorities across product, campaigns, and initiatives Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and inform strategic decisions Provide expert-level support to cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Asana, Trello) Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) Certification in Google Analytics or similar analytics certification a plus
