Strategy & Operations Intern (m/w/d)
Job description
About what it's all about
We're building myScribe – a KI-gestützte Dokumentationslösung, that should free up doctors to focus on what they really studied for: patients. And then there's myScribe Connect, which integrates our solution deep into hospital IT systems.
Sounds like a mission? It is. But we're not a pitch deck – we're a product team that brings real code to real clinics every day.
About where we are right now
myScribe runs today where doctors work: On-Prem, in the clinic IT, at paying customers in the DACH region. Despite this, we release multiple times per week – Continuous Deployment, Fix-Forward, no maintenance window drama. In healthcare? Rather unusual.
Yet the market is shifting: KI-Inferenz becomes expensive, customers open up to the cloud, SaaS takes center stage. To shape this change – and everything that's still to come – we're building our core development team right now, which will carry myScribe through the next few years. Be part of it.
Tasks
You'll work directly with our Founders Associate and founders. You'll take on strategically relevant projects – from market analysis to investor memos. You think in context, not tasks. You understand why a decision is made, and you actively participate.
- Market & competition analyses – you observe the Healthcare-SaaS market and derive clear action recommendations
- Investor materials – Pitch Decks, Memos, Fact Sheets: you bring substance to our external representation
- Business Cases & Pricing Strategy – you model scenarios for new products, markets, and pricing structures
- Partner strategy – you identify potential partners (hospitals, associations, tech partners) and develop outreach approaches
- Ad-hoc projects – strategic questions directly from the leadership team, sometimes small, sometimes complex
Qualification
About how we work
No Scrum theater, no week-long review cycles. A thesis on Monday, a solid recommendation by the end of the week – that's our claim. We give you a playground: If you have an idea for how we can improve, bring it. We want drive, not people waiting for tasks.
About what we're looking for
- Studies in business administration, economics, or comparable (at least 3rd semester)
- Analytical thinking – you can structure complexity and bring it to the point
- Safe handling of Excel and PowerPoint (Notion, Miro, etc. from an advantage)
- Independent, structured working style – you don't need someone to lead you
- Interest in the healthcare or tech sector
- Very good German and English skills
About what you don't need
A healthcare background. You'll learn that here. What's more important is that you're eager to think deeply into a complex domain – and really leave your mark there.
Benefits
About what we offer
- A product with meaning – we make hospital routine measurably better
- Real responsibility from day one – direct collaboration with founders & leadership
- Playground instead of micro-management: your ideas count if they're goal-oriented
- 2,500 € gross/month, hybrid work (Mannheim)
- A glimpse into all areas of a growing healthtech startup
Sounds like you?
Then write us briefly what excites you about myScribe and what you're proud to have worked on recently – CV is enough, no lengthy application necessary.
