Strategy Manager

Job Summary You will be part of the Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, working on high-impact engagements that shape policy, enable transformation, and drive growth within the Education ecosystem. As a Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives, advise government and public institutions, and contribute to solving complex challenges through data-driven insights and structured problem-solving. Location: Kochi & Trivandrum Key Responsibilities 7 years experience in Lead strategy consulting, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Requirements 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects. Strong understanding of the Education ecosystem and the challenges it faces. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Certifications or professional qualifications in strategy consulting or a related field are desirable.
